Experienced Technician responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing automated systems, including robotics, Siemens PLCs, and automation equipment, while independently diagnosing complex issues and developing skills in programming and advanced systems.
Competitive hourly wages (dependent on experience): $30.00 - $34.00 starting.
Earn an additional $0.75/hr. after 6 months.
Top rate of $38.00/hr. achieved through successful performance and tenure.
Also, eligible to participate in an annual performance bonus program.
Minimum requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED); 3+ years of experience in automation or manufacturing maintenance; proficient in troubleshooting and repairing Siemens PLCs and robotic systems.
Senior Technician responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting complex automation systems, including Siemens PLCs, robotics, and machine vision, while also optimizing systems and mentoring junior technicians.
Competitive hourly wages (dependent on experience): $33.50 - $37.50 starting.
Earn an additional $0.75/hr. after 6 months.
Top rate of $40.75/hr. achieved through successful performance and tenure.

Minimum requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED); 5+ years of experience in automation or manufacturing maintenance, proficient in troubleshooting and repairing Siemens PLCs Servos, and robotic systems; strong understanding of electrical schematics and blueprints, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and BoMs.
